Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

NotUnicode

An environment variable is set to a non-UTF-8 value.

An error rather than a fall-through: silently trying the next rung would resolve a different file from the one the user configured, and report success.
